ဘရာဇီးဆိုရင္ နာမည္ၾကီး ေဘာလံုးအသင္းအေနနဲ႔ သိၾကပါတယ္။ ေတာင္အေမရိတိုက္ၾကီးတခုလံုးရဲ ႔
အၾကီးဆံုးႏိုင္ငံတခုလဲၿဖစ္တယ္။ 

၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္ထဲမွာ ၃လ တၾကိမ္ေလာက္ကို ခရီးထြက္ၿဖစ္ခဲ့တယ္။  Holidays trips ေတြနဲ႔ Company trip တခု အပါအ၀င္ေပါ႔။ ဘရာဇီးႏိုင္ငံကိုေတာ့ ၂၀၁၃ အကုန္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလက ၂ ပတ္ အလည္သြားခဲ႔တာပါ။ ၆လေလာက္ ၾကိဳ ၿပီးလက္မွတ္၀ယ္ထားေတာ႔ ယူရို ၃၀၀ ေလာက္သက္သာခဲ႔တယ္။ ခါတိုင္းခရီးသြားရင္ေတာ႔ Camera အၾကီးယူသြားေနၾကေပမယ္႔ ဘရာဇီးမွာေတာ႔ Crime rate ၾကီးမားတယ္လို႔ နာမည္ၾကီးတာရယ္ Internet မွာ Info ရွာၾကည္႔ေတာ႔လဲ မွန္ေနတာေၾကာင္႔ေနာက္ဆံုး ထားခဲ႔ရေတာ႔တယ္။  iphone ေလးနဲပဲရိိုက္ခဲ႔တဲ႔ ဓါတ္ပံုေလးေတြပါ။

ပထမဆံုးသြားခဲ႔တာက Iguazu Falls (Iguazu ေရတံခြန္စုမ်ား) ၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။  Iguazu River ရဲ ႔ေရတ ခြန္စုမ်ားၿဖစ္ၾကၿပီး Argentina နဲ႔ Brasil ႏိုင္ငံတို႔႔ရဲ ႔ ၾကား border line ေပၚမွာတည္ရွိတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင္႔ Iguazu Falls ကိုသြားၾကည႔္႔မယ္ဆိုရင္ Argentina side နဲ႔ Brasil side ကဆိုၿပီး ၂ ဖက္လံုးကၾကည္႔လို႔  ရတယ္။  ေလ႔လာဖတ္ရႈမႈေတြအရေတာ႔ Argentina ဖက္ကၾကည္ရ႔တာ ပိုလွတယ္လို႔႔မွတ္သားရ ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ္႔လဲ ၿမန္မာပတ္ပို႔စ္ပဲကိုင္ထားေသးတဲ႔ က်မတြက္ကေတာ႔ brasil visa တခုနဲ႔ကို အခ်ိန္ကုန္ အလုပ္ရႈပ္ (အဲဒီတုန္းက အလုပ္လဲလုပ္ေနေသးေတာ႔) လွပါၿပီ။ Iguazu Falls ဆိုၿပီး s ထည္႔ေခၚရတာက သူဟာေရတံခြန္ေပါင္း ၂၇၅ ေလာက္ခြဲၿဖာစီးဆင္းေနလို႔ပါ။ Brasil ဖက္ကဆိုရင္ Iguazu National park ထဲကေနလွည္႔လည္ၾကည္႔ရႈရတာပါ။ Iguazu Falls ကိုၿမငၤၿပီးေနာက္ အေမရိကားက Nigara Fall ကို သနားစရာ Nigara "Poor Nigara" လို႔႔ အေမရိကန္ First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt ကေၿပာတယ္လို႔ wiki မွာဖတ္ရပါတယ္။ ဒီထက္ပိုၿပီး အေသးစိတ္သိခ်င္ရင္ေတာ႔ wiki ေခါက္ၾကည္႔လို႔ရပါတယ္။

If you visiting brasil, what you don't have to miss out is the famous brasilien grilled meat buffet. The waiters come to your table and slice the meats on your plate which are different parts of the cow while salads, pasta, bread and dessert are pick up as your like. The meat are marinated with spices and grilled a long time with the skewer on the charcoal fire till they are soft and tender.

The best part for me in brasil is the brasilien drink alot of fresh fruits juice. In every corner of the street, you will find a juice shop. No sugar added pure juice, thumbs up!!!

Indian Chicken Curry

I like homemade foods and I <3 cooking.
Cooking became one of my hobby starting from the last 4 years ago. After 2 years of eating food court foods in Singapore, I started to cook home cooked meal sometimes with my own version. But the hobby getting stronger only after I arrived in France. Needless to say that in France, eating out is costly for daily basic.In general, people used to cooked at home and in weekend might eat out for once a week. 

Ok, let's see what I made today ... a very quick one ;)

ၿပင္သစ္ႏိ္ုင္ငံ ရဲ႔ ေႏြဦးရာသီ (Spring) န႔ဲ  ေႏြရာသီ (Summer) မွာ ပန္းေလးေတြ အေရာင္စံု အေသြးစံု နဲ႔ အမ်ိဴ းစံု လင္စြာ ဖူးပြင္႔ၾကၿပီး အရမ္းအရမ္း ကိုလွပါတယ္။ ေၿပာရရင္ေတာ႔ အလင္းေရာင္ နဲ႔ ေန ကို ၿမင္ေတြ ႔ၾကရလို႔ လူေတြ စိတ္လက္ေပါ႔ပါးေပ်ာ္ၾကတဲ႔ အခ်ိန္ကာလေပါ႔။ အလင္းေရာင္ေတြ ေနေတြ ခြဲေၿပာရတာက ေဆာင္းတြင္း သုံးေလးလလံုး အေမွာင္ထဲမွာႏိုး အေမွာင္ထဲမွာ အလုပ္သြား အေမွာင္ထဲမွာၿပန္လာ လူေတြဟာ စိတ္ဓါတ္က်  (Depression) ၿပီး မေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ၾကပါဘူးလို႔  ေလ႔လာသံုးသပ္မႈေတြက ဆိုပါတယ္။ ေႏြဦး (Spring) န႔ဲ ေဆာင္းဦး (Fall) တို႔မွာေတာ႔ မိုးလင္းရင္ အလင္းေရာင္ရေပမယ္႔ ေနသာတလွည္႔ မိုးအံု႔ မိုးရြာ တလွည္႔စီမို႔ သိပ္အစိုးမရလွပါဘူး။  ေႏြရာသီ ႏွစ္လ သံုးလေလာက္ပဲ ေန႔တိုင္း ေနသာၿပီး အပူခ်ိန္ၿမင္႔ပါတယ္။ ပူမယ္႔ပူေတာ႔လဲ စင္ကာပူအပူခ်ိန္ နီးပါး ရွိၿပီး ၿပင္သစ္ႏိ္ုင္ငံေတာင္ပိုင္းမွာဆို တခါတေလ ၄၀ ဒီဂရီေလာက္ထိေရာက္သြားတတ္လို႔ အစိုးရက ေရမ်ားမ်ားေသာက္ဖို႔ အၿပင္ထြက္ရင္ ထီး ဦးထုပ္ေဆာင္းၾကဖို႔ ေရဒီယို TV ေတြကေနေၾကၿငာရပါတယ္။ 

ၿမန္မာလိုအၿမဲေရးခ်င္ေသာ္လည္း ၿမန္မာလက္ကြက္မက်ြမ္းက်င္ပါဘူး။ ဒီပို႔စ္ေလးၿပီးဖို႔ရာ အေတာ္ေလးအခ်ိန္ယူရ ပါတယ္။ ၾကိဳ းစားၿပီးေတာ႔ ၿမန္မာလိုတခါတေလ ေရးပါ႔မယ္။ အခုေတာ႔ ပန္းေလးေတြရဲ ႔ ဓါတ္ပံုကိုေဝမ်ွလိုက္ ပါတယ္။ ဒီပို႔စ္မွာတင္တဲ႔ပန္းေတြကေတာ႔ က်မေနတဲ႔ Appartment compound ထဲကပါ။ ပန္းနာမည္ေတြေတာ႔ မ်ားေသာအားၿဖင္႔မသိတဲ႔အတြက္ သိတဲသူမ်ားရိွရင္လဲ ကြန္မန္႔မွာ ေရးသြားႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

Intro to my blog "Beyond Burma"

Hi ...

I am a Burmese living in France.

Today, I decided to start my own blog to share and to keep self memories of my cooking, my travel experienced and some stories of the life among the french world. :)
I moved to France (Paris) in 2011 after 5 years of living/working life in Singapore.
Since I moved to France, a place where I can't find many Burmese people, I wanted to write a blog. But I had started working after awhile of my arrival here then my plan to write a blog never happened. At the moment I am not working, so, I am having extra time to start my blog.
